The Digital Coast Roundtable Summer Celebration
The Digital Coast Roundtable's annual summer event took
place on Thursday, August 16, 2001 at the Beverly Hills
home of the new chairman of the Digital Coast Roundtable
(DCR), Kevin Wall. Guests included members of the DCR,
representatives from the City of Los Angeles, as well as
other prominent Southern California media executives.
Kevin spoke to the guests about the future of
digital technology and economic growth in Southern
California, and what role the DCR will play. Dr. Jon
Goodman, chairman of the Digital Coast Foundation, spoke
about the on-going efforts of the Foundation to support
art and technology education in the Digital Coast
Approximately 85 guests enjoyed the summer evening
celebration.
