Message from John Hughes, Chairman of the Digital Coast Foundation, (DCF) a non-profit organization established in 1999.

The DCF serves as a facilitator for leveraging resources in the service of community-based arts, technology and education organizations and initiatives that impact the greater technology community in the Digital Coast. The Digital Coast region is San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
